Medicinal Mushrooms - Nature's Excellent Healer

We've all had the pleasure of cooking using some of the most well-known culinary mushrooms, such as portabella, white button, etc.

However, there is an entire class of mushrooms known as medicinal mushrooms. these healing medicinal mushrooms aren't intended for flavor-enhancement, though certain of them may be utilized in recipes. They are often taken in tea forms, tinctures and extracts, and in capsules as powders.

These medicinal mushrooms are the reishi, agaricus, (or the agaricus blazei mushrooms), maitake, shitake and coriolus mushroom. There are many more however these are a few of the most sought-after.

The medicinal mushrooms like these share much in common with human beings in terms of their genetic and chemical structure. Many scientists claim that mushrooms are closer to human beings genetically than nearly any other plant.
